What is the salary?

During the 3-year probation, stipend is paid at 70% of minimum pay in year 1, 80% in year 2, and 90% in year 3 (per GAD circular dated 12.12.2019). Allowances such as DA/HRA are applicable as per rules; not included in the figures above. Employees joining on/after 01.01.2005 are covered under the contributory (defined-contribution) New Pension Scheme.

2. Intellectual Ability/Mental Aptitude and Science/Simple Arithmetic are equally weighted (30 marks each) — split practice time evenly between them.
3. There’s no negative marking, so attempt every one of the 100 questions within the 2-hour window.
4. If you clear Phase 1, start Hindi typing/shorthand practice immediately — the Phase 2 skill test carries a strict 30% qualifying cutoff, and word-level/spelling-level errors are scored precisely.
